Help a noob - low AHI but still feeling tired - PeachPhantom - 04-17-2024 Hi all, totally new and have only used my machine for about a week, so I may be jumping the gun(gotta get used to it after all), but I just want to be proactive and make sure my machine settings are looking good relative to my data. Here's the last 3 nights! Thanks. RE: Help a noob - low AHI but still feeling tired - freakyfrog - 04-17-2024 Did you do a sleep study? Can you zoom in on the flow rate to better see what is going on? RE: Help a noob - low AHI but still feeling tired - Phaleronic - 04-17-2024 Are you comfortable with the pressure? You could turn on EPR to 1 and turn ramp off completely and see how you feel-your numbers look good and you're not having many events, there's low level flow limits but those aren't too worrisome.... RE: Help a noob - low AHI but still feeling tired - PeachPhantom - 04-17-2024 Did an at home sleep study, diagnosis was mild OSA based on pRDI=12.8 and O2 nadir of 92%. Generally it was low AHI(2.1) but higher RDI(12.7) which I understand could actually be UARS? The pressure feels completely fine, I will try EPR 1 and no ramp tonight and see how it goes! Here's a zoomed in flow rate as well. |
