Countries with easy access to CPAP - ButtonNoseBarbie - 04-30-2024

Hi anyone ever relocated abroad and continue CPAP care. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

The quality of care is not good in USA.

Is it cheaper to do a sleep study abroad?

If we can get dental care in Mexico cheap, well how about sleep study?

Also any on try breathing exercises or alternatives to CPAP for low arousal?

As regards exercises, you might want to try the following suggestions from Vic Veer (A UK surgeon specialising in sleep apnoea) - these videos are less about breathing and more about toning-up the appropriate muscle groups. If you hunt around his channel, you'll probably find information on the some of the more evidence-based alternatives to CPAP too.

In France, sleep study and CPAP machine are fully covered by social security and employer health plan. I didn't pay anything for both.
