Running cpap without humidifier - yankees123 - 04-30-2024 I removed my humidifier and am using the side cover instead. I am using the heated tubing even though when you put the side cover where the humidifier used to be the humidifier is turned off. My question is why does it still show tube temperature as an option on the aircurve 10? Can you still have the option to adjust the tube temperature setting when you use the side cover? I do not have this option, but you should be able to check it out by setting the tube temperature to maximum and doing a finger test. RE: Running cpap without humidifier - Deborah K. - 05-01-2024 It should work as the heated tube heats itself. If it were me I'd turn the heat up pretty high, then mask up today and use the machine for about half an hour. If it works you can set the temperature where you want it and use it all night. RE: Running cpap without humidifier - yankees123 - 05-02-2024 I appreciate both of your suggestions, I will try it and let you know. Thanks |
