Does your country observe Daylight Saving Time?

No....  time not change all the year.

The only two ideas I have are:
1. Your CPAP is not set up to be sold in your home country.
2. Resmed goofed (caused an error) again in their code.

Huhsign
i think it's  n° 1.

Is there any chance to fix this?

on the other hand firmware  updates?

RE: GMT+1 problems - Crimson Nape - 05-26-2024

I am not aware of any possible fix.  It would require a working knowledge of the Resmed firmware, and that is a closely guarded secret.  Resmed does not recognize the end user as their customer. It is the medical supplier. We are just the necessary evil that accompanies offering this product. Smile

My only idea will require you setting the AS11 to GMT+2 until November 3, 2024 (end of DST).  Changing the timezone on an AS11 requires it to reset the machine.  Make sure to have your SD card removed prior to performing this timezone change. Otherwise, the data will be deleted.  I would recommend the creation of a dedicated directory on your computer to store the SD data on a regular basis.  These cards can go bad instantly.   That way you always have a backup of all your data.

I have similar issues with Oscar and AirSense 11.

I don't think it's a firmware issue or the firmware configuration.

It would be insane that the machine isn't supported in countries with GMT 0 or 1 which include the UK, Ireland, Portugal, and most of the EU. Suggesting this is absurd.

In contrast, I have no issues with my AirSense 10 and Sleephead.

If it's not an Oscar issue it's a firmware issue with the 11. Mine won't update and it's going to be sent to Resmed for analysis. Maybe an update will fix the clock issue too.
