Airsense 11 releasing pressure? - Clarkey62 - 06-01-2024

Morning all,

Apologies if this question has been covered but for the life of me i couldnt find the thread. I trialled an Airsense 10 for about 4 weeks and then bought my own Airsense 11 about 3 weeks ago. After a software update, we noticed that maybe 20 mins after i switch it off in the morning there is a noise like a release of pressure for a few seconds. Hopefully this is common and there isnt a problem. Is anybody else having this issue? Thanks

I think you are talking about the cooldown it does. Blows air for a little while to cool down mother.

Thanks for the reply but im not sure thats the issue. I have always heard it still continue to run after ive turned it on as i always remove the humidifier to clean it each morning. What I mean is a sudden "whoosh" (for lack of a better term) about 20mins after ive turned it off. Like the noise if you deflate a tyre at the valve.

If what you are hearing lasts 11-12 seconds, every time, it is a normal event.

It is normal, I understand it is intended to dry things out.
