Session 1 FlowRate chart Missing - JoyD. - 06-04-2024

I have a NEW AirCurve 10 which I've used for 4 nights. Last night Session 1 was missing the session ONLY on the "Flow Rate" Graph (even though one CA tick is there). Does anyone know what happened to my breaths in Session 1? I'm hoping something is not wrong with my NEW AirCurve!!

Below is a screen shot :

Two things; First, upgrade to OSCAR v1.5.3. The second is to try purging that day's data and reimport it. The only other thing that comes to mind it your SD card is degrading. Where your CPAP tried to write the flow data was possibly a bad memory location on the card.

Red, Thanks for your reply.

The SD card is a new one that came with my NEW ResMed AirCurve 10 VAuto.
I found the same thing on SleepHQ. I restarted my MacBook Air & uploaded the SD card again to both OSCAR & SHQ . . . but still no Session 1.

How do you "purge" the data on OSCAR? (I didn't know I could purge data on either Software).

Do you think it could be a faulty new machine?? (Of the 4 nights I used the new AirCurve, one other night showed some missing data on the Flow Rate chart only.)

The machine would be the last thing I would suspect. If it was that, it just wouldn't be one data channel. New SD cards can be bad. Don't assume that because it's new, it can't be defective.

Once a day's data is loaded, it will not overwrite it if you try to import it again. You must purge the data first. To purge that day's data,
- Select that day in the Daily screen.
- Go to Data > Advanced > Purge Current Selected Day > CPAP.
- Reimport the data

If you look at the links in my signature, you'll find more information on using OSCAR, too.
