Tracking sleepstages - permabear - 06-08-2024

Hi all,

I consider buying an Oura ring in order to track my sleep stages at night. My plan is to use the result as a function of different pressure settings. Did any of you already try this? I'd be happy if you could share your experiences.

For reference: Bilevel user for almost three years now. I've been adjusting my settings (bilevel) with the help of Oscar extensively but stil haven't found the sweet spot. My ahi is pretty decent (<1), flow limitations are being addressed effectively and flowrate looks good.
My plan is to track i.e. deep sleep and see if different pressure setting matter. My assumption is that deep sleep will benefit from finetuning pressure(within a certain range) while Oscar readings remain unchanged.
I've been using my old Huawei GT2 for sleepstage tracking but it's results are all over the place. But this brand is not the best choice when it comes to tracking sleep stages.

TIA
