Please help, 7 months in and desperate - thewoodengoat - 06-16-2024 I've been working with a company to try and help me dial in settings, have messed around a lot with EPR, humidifier, heated tube temp, chin strap, face tape, nasal dilators, nasal sprays, custom dentist made dental device, elevated bed, and nothing seems to be helping. I have surgery scheduled for September for an ENT to do a submucosal reduction of turbinates, fix a deviated septum, and fix nasal valve collapse. I don't feel like I can make it to then. I feel SO bad every morning, my heart rate is still spiking to 100, waking up covered in sweat, etc. Please, can anyone help give me an idea of what else I can experiment with? [attachment=65802] RE: Please help, 7 months in and desperate - thewoodengoat - 06-16-2024 Forgot to add the data (also from last night) from the device I'm still paying for to get better data [attachment=65803] [attachment=65804] RE: Please help, 7 months in and desperate - Phaleronic - 06-16-2024 Welcome to the forum thewoodengoat, your chart is showing 0ahi with nearly no event flags, your pressure seems to be what is needed, but we could zoom in on waveforms to see what they look like, but I'm guessing they're decent.. Your heart rate is spiking during your therapy or was that in your test? RE: Please help, 7 months in and desperate - thewoodengoat - 06-16-2024 Thanks for the welcome! Heart rate is spiking during therapy, all of the images from the above posts are from last night 6/15 - 6/16 under CPAP therapy. I can zoom in, is there a time range you'd like me to zoom to? RE: Please help, 7 months in and desperate - PeaceLoveAndPizza - 06-17-2024 I do not see anything that looks to be contributing to the symptoms you describe. Your pressure is generally low and only moving about 1.5 cmH2O from low to high, no real flow limitations or leaks, no snores, just nothing there to see. Maybe a little bit of arousals, but not enough to cause what you describe. How are you measuring your heart rate? What medications are you taking? Any past history of heart or breathing issues? |
