First post.
Diagnosed with severe/ significant sleep apnea after I fell asleep and wrecked my truck
, driving to work, end of january.
Did a sleep lab an received CPAP , resmed airsense11, about two weeks ago.
CPAP experience has been ok, barely tired anymore, but, waiting for other results of therapy.
My wife, who is a champ says I'm not myself
So the question is, what am I missing?

Put an SD card in your machine, download and install OSCAR, format your charts appropriately, then post them. The links in my signature explain how to do both.
in the meantime, go with a standard baseline from which folks here can help you fine-tune things.
Mode APAP
Min pressure 7
Max pressure 15
EPR 2 full-time
No ramp
That should be enough to get you started. If you have questions, please post and ask. The folks on this forum are wonderful and can help. You need a support team.

Thanks much for the reply and the info.
Unfortunately and embarrassingly, I'm findining my pc is dated and I've encountered some challenges downloading and installing Oscar. But, will keep plugging on.

You can ask installation questions from those in the know in the “Software Support Forum”. Maybe someone can figure out a way to get it installed.
