Do these look like flow limitations? - DavidAM - 06-18-2024

Hi. I've been looking at my OSCAR sleep reports and, even in nights with no or almost no supposed FL and in those periods of the night where the ResMed didn't detect flow limitations, my waves don't look right. Could anybody help me find out if these fit FLs? That is what my waves normally look like even when there are no detected obstructions and I'm a little worried by this.

I'm aware the wiki has an article on FLs, but I didn't get this doubt resolved by looking at it.

I also usually have quite a few of these arousals, unflagged by the machine.

I would call them flow limited, probably not enough to trigger the FL counter. Whether enough to disturb sleep is different between individuals.

Thank you for your answer, PeaceLoveAndPizza. During my PSG, a "spontaneous arousal" index of 41.4 was recorded (300 spontaneous arousals total). So, if those spontaneous arousals are actually more subtle RERAs, then it seems I am sensitive enough to have my sleep disturbed my such a flow.
