You're in the country English-speakers call Croatia? Welcome.

It looks like your settings aren't optimal. I'm not a settings guru, but I'm sure someone will be along soon.

It also looks like you have mask leaks? These are important to address. Could you provide the exact model of your mask and maybe some experiences with it?

Hi Zagi,

Welcome to Apnea Board!

Your Luna G3 A20 AutoCpap is currently set at a minimum pressure at 4cm and 11cm maximum.
Your 95% pressure is 11 and average pressure falls around 9cm.
Your total AHI is 4.7 (3.3 Obstructives and 1.4 Hypopneas)  Clear Airway (CA's are minimal).

The goal would be to treat Obstructives first.

Your appear to be using EPR Set at 3, (I would leave it there for now).

I recommend the following pressure adjustments:

Minimum pressure set at 8cm
Maximum pressure set at 15cm.
EPR set at 3.

Give it a try and repost after a day or two with results and more importantly how you feel.

Not a big change. The important thing is how you feel and are you sleeping well?

Just going by your 95% pressure reading and lack of graphs to look at, I believe you need a bit higher minimum pressure to tackle the apneas.

If your software shows pressure or flow limitation graphs, please post them.

Leave EPR at 3.
Set minimum to 11cm. This will allow a little higher Epap. The Epap is what sprints the airway open.
Keep maximum setting at 15.

For comfort, if needed, set ramp closer to your minimum pressure, maybe around 7 instead of 4.
