Help with pressure settings please (OSCAR data included) - jc12312 - 07-26-2024 Hi all, I've been using a cpap for over 5 years successfully but for the last month, everyday, I've been waking up with bad neck pain, jaw pain, back-of-the-head headache, and that terrible exhaustion feeling. I assume it's related to my apnea so I'm starting down the road of adjusting my settings but getting nowhere quick. Some internet searching brought me here and learned about OSCAR. I had the original Dreamstation, which was replaced with a Dreamstation 2, using ResMed AirTouch F20 masks. Attached a few days worth of OSCAR screen shots. Settings that are cropped from the images: Hose diam: 15mm Humid level: 5 Humid mode:Heated Tube Humidifier:Connected Mask Resist:Off Ramp Pressure: 4 Ramp Time:30min Ramp type:Ramp+ Tube Temp:4 Thanks!
