Welcome

There are a couple of changes that should improve your therapy and comfort.

Change your pressure settings to 7-13.  4 is way too low for an adult and does not allow your EPR to work.  You never hit 13, so you're good for now at 13 max.

Turn off ramp.  You get no therapy during ramp.

Set EPR full time to 3.

You have Positional Apnea (PA)  PA is caused by sleeping with your chin tipped toward your chest.  This causes your throat to be kinked, somewhat like a hose, and like a hose, air cannot get through easily.  Some can solve this by sleeping on a much flatter pillow.  Lots more end up using a soft cervical collar.  Drugstores sell a few but Amazon sells loads of them.

Try the new settings, then post again and tell us how you feel.  Good luck with your new therapy.  It can make your sleep SO much better.  Smile
