CPAP Data Cutoff - bjbeck04 - 07-31-2024 I currently use an Airsense 11 and noticed that it cuts off last half hour to hour of data whether I import to SleepHQ or Oscar, both missing the same times at the end of the night. Anyone know how to fix this problem? RE: CPAP Data Cutoff - HalfAsleep - 07-31-2024 Please post an Oscar chart according to apneaboard specs. Someone should have a look at your settings. Settings may or may not be a separate issue. When there are gaps in the night's line-up, it generally means that your mask was too leaky for your unit to pick up that you're on the hose (and therefore switches off), or you turned the unit off in your sleep. But, yep, Oscars. RE: CPAP Data Cutoff - bjbeck04 - 07-31-2024 Here is Oscar data. I shut my machine off at close to 7:45am but this looks like stopped recording at around 6:45am. So cutoff about an hour. My time used is off about an hour each day too when I called and asked what my DME is seeing of usage each night. So not sure why an hour is missing each time I use, I don’t have the SmartStop feature on so it shouldn’t cut off. RE: CPAP Data Cutoff - Deborah K. - 07-31-2024 Probably your Oscar chart is not set to the correct time zone. RE: CPAP Data Cutoff - Crimson Nape - 07-31-2024 Since you have an AS11, it is not recognizing the daylight time offset. It's no biggie, because your start time should be an hour earlier that actual, too. Remember, it's not important what time you started and stopped, it's the total time that is important. - Red RE: CPAP Data Cutoff - bjbeck04 - 07-31-2024 (07-31-2024, 12:06 PM)Crimson Nape Wrote: Since you have an AS11, it is not recognizing the daylight time offset. That’s just it though, my total time is always about an hour less than when I used my machine. RE: CPAP Data Cutoff - Crimson Nape - 07-31-2024 H-m-m-m! Scroll down on the left side, under "Session Information", and review your sessions and their times. Maybe something will jump out at you. - Red RE: CPAP Data Cutoff - Cape67 - 07-31-2024 I don't know if this will help any but I'll just randomly throw this out there. My machine would often have random data dropouts and it turned out that the SD card that came with it was garbage. I invested in an Extreme Pro SD card, which is more tolerant to heavy use, and it's fine now. |
