Saturation went up at night - Arik - 07-23-2024 Hi, Two week ago I started sleeping with A/C, setting temperature at 20 degrees (Celsius). I noticed that my saturation at night went up by 10%-20%. No other change to my sleep routine was done. Regular temp. at night is about 25 degrees at that time of the year. I think it is interesting J Saturation went up during sleep in a cold room - Arik - 08-06-2024 Hi, I already reported that my saturation went up during sleep in a cold room (18 degrees). In order to attract people’s attention J I’ adding two O2 screenshots: one in a standard temperature (27 degrees) and on in a cold room. The focus is on feeling cold. If you cover yourself with a blanket, it would not work. Hope you find it useful. RE: Saturation went up during sleep in a cold room - G.
