Help with Oscar Report - Helpah11 - 08-06-2024

Hello, everyone I have been using my CPAP for the last 2.5 months, the first month was quite difficult, but I am currently able to sleep the whole night with it.
My problem is that I still wake up with a lot of fatigue and a mild headache. And unsure what the cause it, I also noticed that sometimes I wake up for a split second and return to sleep throughout the night.
I am having trouble understanding my Oscar report, it looks like I have a very low AHI. I have been getting little and slow support from my doctor, so I have turned here for help. I got my diagnosis through an at-home sleep study, which surprisingly showed I have fewer disturbances while sleeping on my back ??
Overall I know my CPAP is working though, because I no longer have that "you are going to die feeling"

Current Symptoms
*Fatigue, Tiredness
*Brain Fog
*Sore Throat
*Mild headache
*Muscle Pain

Things I have tried that have helped my symptoms
*Increased my pressure throughout 2weeks from 6 to 9
* This might be a placebo but my jaw muscles are always tight, I noticed when I massage them I feel a little better in the morning
Here are my oscar reports, please any input is helpful

No OSCAR is showing...  You need to use F12 to capture the screen and then use the button on the bottom to add attachment.  Put the graphs in as shown in my signature (Organizing charts)

Welcome

Everything looks good!  Are you starting to feel better?  Keep in mind that it takes time for most people to adjust to having a foreign object strapped to their face and head and to have air blowing up a tube into their noses.  Hang in there.  Your body and mind will adjust, and it will all eventually feel very natural to you.  Honest.  Smile
