Sleep HQ and OSCAR - Sterling147 - 08-07-2024

I just saw a video about SLEEP HQ and am wondering how it compares to OSCAR.  Thank you

it's the same thing, sleephq uses oscar's code.

the difference is sleephq is cloud based (so your data is available online), and they added apple watch support if you pay 15$ a month. they also made a 250$ device to automatically upload your data... lol.

So they make you pay 15$ a month and then they sell your data to make even more money, honestly it's for suckers and i deleted my account. I doubt they're even GDPR compliant.

100% agree not worth it at all, they have free account with limited feature actually it is all what you need.

i avoid uploading my data at all so he can't sell it. if i need data outside of the house and i can't bring the laptop i just export reports from oscar and host them online.
