Transition from old ResMed11 to new unit - alfarabee - 08-08-2024

This is my first POST so here goes:

I just got a new ResMed11 to replace my old one because my 5 years are up and seems to be the thing to do.  I have been using OSCAR for about two years and it informative and useful.   My thought process was to use the old unit for about 15-20 minutes and put session on OSCAR.    Then, use the new unit for about 15 minutes and put on OSCAR.   Then, I expected to see about the same appearance from both endeavors.

I imported the 15 minutes of data from the old unit and data displayed as expected.

I used the same card, inserted it in the new unit, and performed an 18 minutes session.   Removed the card and imported the 18 minutes of data from the new unit.    It did import into the correct location for the new machine but the data did not display as expected.   So, my question is----why does the data not display on the Daily OSCAR page.[attachment=68070][attachment=68071][attachment=68072]

If I have able to phrase this question well enough to get an answer, I do have a more interesting question.   Also, I am not sure I am really attaching the files correctly

I'm thinking there will be a conflict due to the first load into OSCAR within the 24 hour period will not allow the second load to go in. A possible solution is to purge the data in OSCAR for this 24 hour period in question and redo the load.

Or just use the new one for a day and compare it to the old one from the night before. 18 minutes doesn't seem to be much of a testing window.
