Raspberry Pi and Latest Oscar software - lg2010 - 08-11-2024

Hello:

I have few questions before I buy raspberry Pi

1. Will raspberry pi 4B with 4 GB RAM and 128 SD card for storage work with latest version of OSCAR?

2. Are all the features of desktop systems also available if I used Raspberry Pi?

3. I read that I can run Ubuntu on Raspberry Pi 4B, therefore I am thinking about running Oscar, since I have OSCAR running on Ubuntu desktop system.

A RPi based system running ubuntu will be beneficial to use OSCAR. It's small footprint will allow me to take it with me when I travel along with my Resmed bag.

Thank you for your comments and help in advance.

I have 4 Pi boxes running. They are the Banana Pi brand. All are running a version of Debian. When I set these up, I didn't see any distros of Ubuntu for these processor types. It has been awhile, though. I would just say, make sure that you verify the processor type and the Linux kernel version when you select a version of OSCAR to install.

Good luck!
