Resmed Aircurve 10s - pressure and leaks - ManGoLine - 08-12-2024

Hello. I started this week to use a Resmed Aircurve 10s on S mode.(I live in Europe and I don't qualify for a VAUTO device so I'm stuck with S).

I have 2 questions:

Pressure

The doctor set it on IPAP 18 and EPAP 14, but I want to try different pressures until I find the best one for me. So far it looks like IPAP 15 and EPAP 11 works the best. I don't any Obstructive Apneas (OA) or Hypopneas(H), but I get between 5 and 10 Unclassified Apnea (UA) each night.

Do you have any idea why ? I wake up pretty well rested and with no headaches and it's a huge improvement from my initial 75 AHI, but I think an AHI of 5 or 10 is still far from ideal.

 Mask leaks:

I use a full face mask (Resmed AirFit F20) because my nose it's pretty congested all the times (deviated septum and other problems that can only be solved surgically) and I'm concerned about Large Leak (LL). Last night it was 26% and the night before it was 13%. I'm not sure why because I tried to keep it really tight and I can't feel any leak. It's also true I rearrange it a few times during night just to be sure it's still tight. Otherwise, the mask is reasonably comfortable even when I sleep on my side.(it's a little bit of noise from the air going out against the pillow, but I got used to it).
