Where to begin? What is important? - Søvnig - 08-13-2024 Hi. I'm new to this. OSCAR doesn't show much AHI (only 2,6), but besides from that the report seems to me to show rather messy sleep and breathing - se attachments. "Classes of inspiratory flow shapes" seems to me to be mostly class 2 and 6, but non "normal", as far as I can se. Can anything be done about that? Lots of events, even though Prisma display says AHI 2 and no leaks. I havn't been able to find a definition of "rRVM" - what does it mean? (also can't find explanations for many of the acronyms in OSCAR). Doctors says all is fine because of very few apneas on CPAP, but I am quite certain, that it is not al fine, 'cause I feel crappy all day. I don't know where to begin - What is important? Thank you for your help and best wishes to all. Søvnig RE: Where to begin? What is important? - Crimson Nape - 08-13-2024 Hi Søvnig! - Where are you seeing this "rRVM" ? I am unfamiliar with that acronym. The only search that resulted with anything meaningful, was "Respiratory Volume Monitoring". I would speculate that the little "r" could stand for "recorded", but I am grasping at straws on that one. - Red RE: Where to begin? What is important? - Søvnig - 08-13-2024 Hi Crimson Nape. Thank you for your answer. In my OSCAR "Daily report" there is af graph called rRVM - se attached file. /Søvnig. RE: Where to begin? What is important? - Crimson Nape - 08-13-2024 Found it! It seems to be unique to your CPAP manufacturer. I had to look it up in the Preferences > Waveforms. It is Relative Respiratory Minute Volume. - Red RE: Where to begin? What is important? - Søvnig - 08-13-2024 Thank you very much, Crimson Nape. /Søvnig |
