You can download a Clinical Manual for ResScan from the Private Files and Links Forum.  That should detail what you need.

Also, consider using the OSCAR software for free detailed data.

There is no doubt that OSCAR is more robust, user-friendly, and informative than ResMed's ResScan software. The only advantage of ResScan is it has been vetted by the FDA and is considered the gold standard for ResMed's devices.

YOU MUST DOWNLOAD DETAILED DATA FROM YOUR DEVICE TO SEE DETAILED CHARTS. MAKE SURE THE BOX TO DOWNLOAD DETAILED DATA IS CHECKED ON THE DOWNLOAD DIALOG BOX. THIS NEEDS TO BE DONE SEMI-MONTHLY AS ONLY THIRTY DAYS OF DETAILED DATA IS STORED. I use a 20-day download cycle and reply "yes" to the overwrite warning.

To create detailed graphs...
With the selected patient open, select the date you want to review and select "Review Data"
From the top tabs, select the "Detailed Graphs" tab and click to load the selected data. Your graphs should appear.
From the top right "View" box, select the time frame (in minutes or hours) to choose your data resolution. My personal favorite is the 5-minute view for overall views.
Use the bottom slider to choose your area of interest.
To change graph scaling, you can slide the scale up and down with your mouse positioned on the scale.
To change ranges, select "Tools" from the topmost tabs, then Options, and then the Preferences tab. On the bottom panel, you can adjust ranges for summary and detailed graphs by items.

As per OpalRose, grab a copy of ResMed's clinician manual, which may be already installed in the ResMed folder in your Windows ProgramFiles (x86) program directory. C:\Program Files (x86)\ResMed\ResScan3\ResScan Clinician's Manual.pdf

Best of luck, I hope this helps.
