Looking for possible solutions to improve sleep - americasclassics - 08-16-2024 Hello everyone, Thank you in advance to all those who help us diagnose our sleep issues I have been trying to improve my sleep for a few months now and have seen great improvements These are my most recent results, I see two areas that are of concern Leaks and tidal… should should I be concerned? Currently I am using full face mask F&P vitera CPAP 9.2-15 pressure EPR 2 Additional photo RE: Looking for possible solutions to improve sleep - SarcasticDave94 - 08-16-2024 Leaks are somewhat an issue, they're borderline high. Measured by below the ResMed 24 L/Min leaks redline, but higher than ideal. Tidal question, you'd need a different machine to affect this much, and really I'd not concern much over it. You might try EPR 3 to get a bit more differential between exhale and inhale. RE: Looking for possible solutions to improve sleep - americasclassics - 08-16-2024 Thank you RE: Looking for possible solutions to improve sleep - Deborah K. - 08-16-2024 Follow Dave's advice. He's right, that will help. Also, it would be helpful if you would make a couple of small changes to your Oscar chart: Remove the calendar. That will allow us to important information lower on the left panel. Alter the chart itself a little so we can see down to the very bottom of the Flow Limits. Then we won't need to see the second page at all. Thanks! RE: Looking for possible solutions to improve sleep - americasclassics - 08-16-2024 Thank you |
