Naps and Data - Lukie - 11-21-2013

Does takin fan afternoon nap mess up your data?

RE: Naps and Data - cbramsey - 11-21-2013

If you happen to use your machine, no.

Sleep-well or more to the point, nap well. Laugh-a-lot

CPAP new day start at midday (12 noon) so anytime you use the machine after this time until 12 noon the following day count as one day
AHI and all other data are averages during the 24 hours period (noon to noon)

Happy Napping with PAP
