Flow limit and pressure - hobway - 09-03-2024

Hi,

Total newbie here and still trying to figure all this out. Please forgive my ignorance, any advice is appreciated.

My sleep study showed 33 AHI p/h. As per attached screen shot for month of August (not oscar - sleephq), I’ve got that down to under 2 AHI p/h on average . I also feel better, so I know it’s working. But I want to make sure my setup is optimized. I’m confused about my flow limit here. Does this look too high can anyone tell me? And also pressure - if I’m hitting my max pressure every night (albeit briefly) should I increase pressure? Leak rate not in screen shot but no issues there - I understand that metric.  : )

Mask: Pillows
Mode: APAP
Pressure min: 6.0 cmH2O
Pressure max: 9.0 cmH2O
EPR level: 3 cmH2O
Ramp: Off

Thanks for the welcome. Okay, after a crash course in Oscar let me try that again! Smile

As I was saying, I'm new to CPAP but the therapy is definitely making a difference. But I don't think I have my setup quite right yet. I am a bit confused by the Flow limit and Pressure charts here. Can anyone tell me if this Flow limit score is something that I should be worried about? It also looks like I'm hitting my max pressure a lot so I might need to increase that. To be honest, I don't really know what I'm looking at. I have a lot of  reading up to do.

You have never hit your max pressure. Your 95.5 % was 8.26, your max setting is 9. Your fine and your chart looks great.

To have a smooth night and use the total capacity of your EPR 3 setting, you should set the minimum pressure between 7 and 8 cm.
Your flow limit is ok.

Does Oscar show the clap machines settings?
