OSCAR Results Help - Napnea4 - 09-07-2024

Hi All,

Looking to get some advice for my charts, do I need to adjust my pressure? I switched from a n30i to a p30i which has helped my leak rate but I'm still seeing approx 2 on my AHI score, is my flow rate an issue? Currently running 6-12 pressure with EPR 3 and ramp off. I've attached the last 3 days which are pretty typical nights for me, any insights would be great, just started therapy in May my diagnosed AHI was 14.4, but trying to dial things in ! Thanks in advance.

I would try setting your minimum pressure at 8cm to get rid of the Obstructive Apneas and work on your leaks, they are not terrible but they can cause small arousals.  Otherwise you are looking pretty good.

Good luck and welcome to the forum.

If you can tolerate it, try raising minimum pressure. Leaks could be improved too: soft-cervical collar, full-face mask, chinstrap, tape mouth, etc. Nothing else too remarkable in the available data. AHI is low and flowrate looks relatively ok, so how you feel should arguably take priority in guiding your changes.

Thank you both for taking the time to look into it! Trying adjusting minimum pressure, going to see if I can get the leak level down.

Welcome to the forum Napnea4 Smile

I'd turn EPR off completely before raising pressure to see how you feel, if the OAs are curtailed after a few nights and it seems like a comfortable pressure for you keep it Smile
