I need some advice on getting a better night's sleep. Any help would be welcome!

You should work on your leaks, altering  the strap tension, but remember that  higher tension is not necessarily better. You could also change your mask.
I suggest increasing your minimum pressure to 9 cm.

I changed my min pressure to 8 last night and I feel a little better today, I have not looked at oscar data yet. I also changed my headgear and pillows.

Your minimum pressure is still 7 cm. I suggest increasing it to 9.
