Need help in deciding on mask - arc0509 - 09-15-2024

I have been using dreamwear nasal mask since 2017.

I am going to buy a new mask since the current one has been used for a month.

I am confused between buying dreamwear nasal mask which I have been using versus dream nasal gel pillows mask.

What are the advantages/disadvantages of switch from dreamwear nasal to dreamwear gel pillows.

I am considering gel pillows mainly because I feel there will be less leakage and less air going into my eyes.

I am not sure about this but is it possible that the dreamwear nasal dries out my eyes at night?

I have a severe dry eye problem.

Will nasal gel pillows help in any way?? Help me decide.

I have the dream wear under the nose mask. I have never had a more comfortable mask.
Used nasal pillows but I had leaks.
Nice thing about Phillips if you already have the face frame you can just buy the pillows

FWIW, you don't need to change the mask every month.

I would buy the Resmed P10 from Amazon India. it is cheaper there than the US.
You would never go back to any other mask. After all, resistance is futile :-)

Agreed! No need to replace a mask every month. That's just a big waste of money.  Eat-popcorn

Generally, nasal pillows leak the least of the various types of masks, and I found them more comfortable. I think you will be happy with the nasal pillows. I like that they blow the air directly into your nose instead of mostly on your face.
