Oscar Data - gohoos1998 - 09-21-2024

[attachment=69798][attachment=69797][attachment=69796]Hi all - am now treating my severe PLMD so figured it'd make sense to try CPAP again. Do you mind taking a look at the Oscar Data? Anything that stands out. Please let me know if anything needs to be changed/you need more info.

I have pressure a little higher because it feels more comfortable. Thanks!

Welcome to the forums gohoos1998 Smile

Raise that min pressure to 12cm please for the hypopneas, can't see if you have EPR on so when you're in the daily chart please hit F12 to save that screenshot and post it.

RE: Oscar Data - gohoos1998 - 09-22-2024

Hi - thank you very much. I do have EPR on at 3. Will up the pressure to 12 and report back.

The F12 tip is noted as well.

RE: Oscar Data - gohoos1998 - 09-24-2024

I had very similar data to what I posted here a few days ago. I can't post the data as I am out of town for a night and left the chip in my other computer.

AHI of just below 2 with about 75% of central apneas. I know this can go away with treatment so I am not necessarily worried about it.

Assuming those centrals go away fully or at least mostly, AHI would be at around 0.5. Do I need to raise the pressure to take care of those remaining hypopneas?

Flow limit looks pretty solid, but I definitely don't know as much as most on this board so will be back with OSCAR data once I have the SIM card.
