Charity Donation - Tampa Jim - 09-22-2024

Just finished cleaning up our gear. Have one machine to make go away.
Are there any charities accepting remediated DreamStation One units?
We have the DS1 unit, AC power supply and travel case. All is just fine.

At this point, we decided to use our ResMed AS 11 units for traveling.
We're keeping, begrudgingly, a remediated DreamStation 2 as a backup.
Just hate to simply toss a fully operational DS1 unit into the waste bin.

Please only recommend US charities within the 48 contiguous states.
And we really need to be sure they're accepting remediated Philips units.

Thanks!!

You can try Googling "medical loan closet" or "local medical loan closet" to see if there are any local organizations accepting DME equipment and supplies. Also, there are some community clinics that will accept your donation.

Thanks. Found one here in Florida with an interest in CPAP equipment.
Sent them an e-mail. Hopefully, they will have a need for our unit. :-)
