O2 levels with covid - rogerded1 - 09-22-2024 I got a case of covid for the first time. The cpap machine with a nasal mask has made breathing better at night. I don't think I would have gotten any sleep with out that pressure. I have a Wellue O2 ring that I have used some to monitor my breathing effectiveness while using the cpap. The first thing I noticed was how low my O2 levels have gotten day or night. The O2 levels drop randomly into the low 80's. I took a nap yesterday for an hour and the O2 level was at 80 steady. I can confirm that may be accurate as it feels like I'm in an energizer bunny Ad and my battery died while walking across the yard. But I think I'm on the mend. Yesterday was the worst, today overall much better. And I just started taking some Mullein extract today. It take long for that stuff to start clearing out the lungs. I wish I had it sooner. RE: O2 levels with covid - rogerded1 - 09-23-2024 I have to update my last post. I apologize. I was in error reading the Oscar data. The 80% during that nap was really my heart rate. My actual O2 readings were in the 80's often during the two days I used the ring but not for an hour. Today I feel pretty good this morning |
