SP02 Baseline and desaturations calculation - gdenton2000 - 09-23-2024 I understand the definition of a SP02 drop as 4% for > 10 seconds. Is this a 4% drop from SP02 baseline? If so how do you calculate baseline? Average over the entire night? OSCAR software calculates the SP02 baseline as the average over the first hour. This can lead to a wildly different number of drops depending on what the SP02 is over the first hour. Some nights I get a 98% baseline others a 92% baseline. RE: SP02 Baseline and desaturations calculation - PebbelsinCH - 10-25-2024 Nobody? I had the same question I was wondering the same. I had an oxiometrie recently. This night i only had 2/h my four month average is closer to 17: I am still very tired, and Oscar shows: Average 94.36 Low 80.00 Desat 16.03 Time in Desat 26.39% Last night it was 94.63 88.00 2.91 1.23% And 7 day average: 94.18 87.00 18.39 47.39% |
