Need help with waking after 1-2 hours - shrinkwrapped - 09-25-2024 Hello, I am a brand new user to this board, and I'm hoping to get some help! I just began using Oscar to try and figure out if my recent sleep problems are CPAP or apnea related. I have been using a CPAP for 7 years with very few problems. But since June, I have been waking up after just about 1-2 hours of sleep, and having a hard time returning to sleep. I am now taking sleep medication to fall back asleep, but it only lasts for a few hours. I use an Airsense 11 with a N20 nasal mask. I have attempted to upload my last three nights of Oscar charts, I hope I have done this correctly. Any insights would be really, really appreciated. Thanks! Szabo - 09-25-2024 The sudden pressure increases probably disturb your sleep causing your waking up. You can try a higher pressure setting (see below) to mitigate it: Minimum pressure: 12 cm Maximum pressure:15 cm EPR = 3, full time RE: Need help with waking after 1-2 hours - shrinkwrapped - 09-25-2024 Thank you! |
