How to get started with Oscar - analysis of data - McMartin - 09-26-2024 I have Oscar installed and several months of data uploaded. (I did not start using the machine in earnest until February 2024). I have read the Oscar guide and chart organizing instructions. My overall stats look pretty good I think. But I feel as if I am not getting maximum benefit, mainly because my sleep still doesn't feel great overall. Based on the guide, it looks like the next step is day by day analysis of certain zoomed-in charts. Is that correct, or are there shortcuts to identifying any issues that don't readily show up in the averages? Thanks Here's the last 1/7/30 days data attached (previous six months data is quite similar). [attachment=69999] Aircurve 10 ASV [attachment=70000] |
