Change Resmed's "day" from noon to midnight? - jefferyscott0 - 09-26-2024

I understand that Resmed's "24 hour day" runs from noon to noon for the purpose of reporting compliance and other sleep data to my provider.  Based on my sleep habits it would be more helpful if it ran from midnight to midnight.  Is there any way that I or my provider can change this on my Resmed Airsense 11?  My daily aggregate stats are still OK so I can live with it the way it is, but I'd prefer that what my machine thinks is a "day" matches what I think it is.

Since your CPAP uses timezones and not an actual clock, you could set your timezone to be your actual-12 hours.  For example, my normal (no DST) timezone is UTC-5, so I would set it to UTC- 17.  Also, DST will be ending in about 6 weeks, so you may wish to set it without the DST offset.  I am tired and could be wrong in the time direction.
