Hello - Help interpreting my Oscar Data - pabsvonmole - 09-29-2024

[attachment=70091][attachment=70089][attachment=70089]Hey everyone,
I have been using my CPAP for a year - I really have no idea what im doing. I wasnt given a great deal of information from the clinic essentially sent me on my way and told the machine is auto programmed.
Generally I feel quite well and have noticed an improvement though I'd like to make sure ive got this thing working correctly.

Any help is appreciated.

Thank you

Let's change one parameter at a time:  I suggest increasing your minimum pressure to 9 cm to provide a smooth pressure ride at night.

You should also adjust your mask to reduce the leaks. Tigther straps are not necessarily better.
Also, turn the ramp off.

In your next post, you should ensure that the instrument settings (at the bottom of your AHI column) are included.
