Help interpreting CPAP data - pinchdoodle - 09-30-2024

[attachment=70186]
Recently got my Airsense 11 over a month ago and have been playing around with the settings. Still feel tired most of the days - maybe it's due to my settings or the adjustment period?
I'd like someone to help me interpret my sleep data to find the correct settings. Thanks in advanced!

Welcome

Your starting pressure setting should be raised to at least 7.  I think you will probably need to raise it more, but start with 7.

I suggest that you turn ramp off.  You get no real therapy during ramp.

Raise your EPR setting to 3.  This helps lower flow limitations, which are short, unreported apneas, and it is best to get them as low as possible.

That should get you started.  Smile

Yeah, raise min pressure and narrow the APAP range to start. Collect a few days of data on those settings and then go from there. You're still waking up all night.
