I'm on my third day of CPAP and based on my AHI, I'm cured! But not really. I'm still waking up early in the morning, and I don't feel refreshed. I was struggling to stay awake in a meeting today. I've noticed a pattern in my flow rate graph, and this pattern occurs approximately every 5-10 minutes through the entire night. Some have what looks to me like some flow limit (not logged by the machine though) before it happens, but some of them have no discernible flow limit that I can see. Are these RERAs?
