How to know if I am "deep sleeping" in OSCAR with RESMED AutoSet 10? - sebasan2006 - 10-08-2024 Hello, first post here but I have been reading this forum for a couple of months since I started using a CPAP machine and it has been very useful. I searched for the question in the subject (How to know if I am "deep sleeping" in OSCAR with RESMED AutoSet 10?) but I can't find info (or I am not looking correctly). Is there a way to know that info looking at the graphs in OSCAR? I have shared my last five reports because people with more experience can see something I am not seeing. The numbers seems to be acceptable, but I never feel totally rested, some days are better than others, but never totally rested, or maybe I am expecting too much. I have an appointment with my sleep specialist in a month. Thank you very much in advance. Greetings, Sebastian. I personally slept worse with EPR so you could try turning it down to 1 but this will increase your EPAP pressure by 2cm-so if you can handle it at 1 for a few nights you can try turning it off completely. You have some scattered CAs and RERAs in these too, the narrower band of pressure and turning EPR down will help. I will try those changes in the next nights and return with the results. Greetings!! |
