Dizzy and lightheaded help - wheezethejuice - 10-08-2024

Hello all- I am so happy to have found this forum.

A year ago, I found myself dizzy and lightheaded. I was off balance, my blood pressure hit the roof, and my heart was racing.

BP meds helped, but I find myself still very off balance and dizzy. Still lightheaded. I started my CPAP therapy last June. I have had a steady decline in apneas, going from 15 down to 0.8.

I have found the room spinning the last few days though, and inner ear pain. I saw my ENT yesterday, and my hearing and ears are perfect.

Did anyone else have these issues? I have had every test and find everything comes back normal. It is truly making me a nervous wreck that nothing is found.

First, please post some OSCAR charts as that is the basis for what we do. The instructions for downloading, installing, and formatting the charts are linked in my signature.

Did you have vertigo before using CPAP?  If not, try sleeping without it a few days and see if things improve. If so, then OSCAR charts become most important to review.

Do you have an SpO2 monitor for use during sleep? Apple Watch? Fitbit? Garmin? Something else? That is another bit of data that is important.

Any medications you take regularly that could be impacting sleep?
