MyAir Site - Big Guy - 10-11-2024 I registered back when I started CPAP Therapy. That was in Sept. of 2018. Right from the start, my scores have been pretty good. There's been times when I took a break from the therapy because I did fine sleeping w/o my CPAP. I just returned from a week long break. I geared up last night and checked my score this morning. It was 99. That's the 1st time ever! I've had a couple of 98's and quite a few 96's and such. My mask seal was 100% effective. That was another 1st for me. I'm not sure why, but last night I felt like it was going to be a good night, therapy wise. RE: MyAir Site - Deborah K. - 10-11-2024 MyAir does not give the best results. If you want to know how your sleep is really going, you need to download Oscar and post charts. I'm sure you know about Oscar. Is there a reason you don't use it? It's wonderful. Basically.......I know enough about computers to get me into trouble, but not enough to get me out. I suck when it comes to down loading stuff on computers. Heck, I had one heck of a time just yesterday, trying to download the bar code on an Amazon order that I had to return. With my wife's help, we did it, but I still wasn't convinced that we did it right. According to the gal at the UPS Store, we did it right. I don't have that many issues with my CPAP Therapy. Not like some do. From the very 1st night, it went well. I'm still not fully convinced that I was properly diagnosed as having Sleep Apnea. Whether I'm using CPAP or not, I can sleep thru the night just fine, on or off it. RE: MyAir Site - Deborah K. - 10-11-2024 I understand. I'm not at all computer savvy. When I joined I had to write a post asking for someone to walk me step by step, as though talking to a child, through exactly how to download, use, and post Oscar. Some kind person responded and I managed to do it. Maybe you could do the same thing. It would probably help a lot of new folks too. RE: MyAir Site - Mecate13 - 10-12-2024 It sure would also help me to have a step by step. I have My Air but would like better information. |
