TURBINE Nasal Dilator from RHINOMED to use instead of Nasal Strips - G. Szabo - 10-17-2024

It is way more efficient than any nasal strip. It is a dilator manufactured from a plastic composite to increase sports performance through easier breathing. When you  place it into your nose, it keeps the airway open. It moves a ring-like structure up into your nose, the diameter of which you can adjust to your needs. You can get it in three different sizes. The small one is probably for children. You can order a starter kit containing the three sizes.

Of course, you need to clean it after usage. The manufacturer suggests replacing it after ten days, but I have been using it for over a month without any deterioration. It is stable in the nose; I use it with a  Philips DreamWear under-the-nose cushion mask.

The price for the starter kit is AUD 29.99. You can get it on Amazon too.
