Oscar is a piece of evidence in an ongoing trial - HalfAsleep - 10-18-2024 Georgia vs Farris is a current trial featuring a very soap opera-ish family (I’ve never heard any thing like this). At any rate, the mom (Melody) is accused of shooting the dad (Gary) and throwing him on the burn pile. Now, Gary, it turns out was a loyal CPAP user. Very compliant every single night. Never went anywhere without it. Airsense 10 Autoset set at fixed 16 or so. Gary went missing. Left his CPAP behind, which he NEVER EVER would have done. The CPAP gave evidence that he slept on the night of July 2, but not July 3. Oscar was used at trial to give the exact time he had any evidence of being alive. Fascinating trial, by the way. The whole trial is live online. RE: Oscar is a piece of evidence in an ongoing trial - SarcasticDave94 - 10-19-2024 Well that's certainly an outside the box thinking on OSCAR data. |
