Lost weight and can't get a sleep study -- pressure feels too high? - elcisitiak - 10-25-2024 Hello and thank you all for doing this! I haven't used my APAP in a while because it started to feel really uncomfortable after I lost ~60 pounds. Naturally, now I'm exhausted and would like to figure out a good pressure setting so I can get a good night's sleep again! I'm now another 20-30 pounds less than I was when this data was collected too. I've been trying to get a new sleep study for months but the referrals are moving like molasses, so can you please advise? Set trigger to high sand if you still have some centrals go to very high. |
