Normal flow rate or no? - phoen1kx - 10-29-2024 Hi guys, Does this flow rate graph look normal to you? It is consistently like this throughout the night. I still struggle with sleepiness so I think something is affecting my sleep. [attachment=71350] RE: Normal flow rate or no? - G. Szabo - 10-29-2024 Although there are some bumps here and there and FLs, the curves are not particularly concerning. I am not familiar with your instrument's hardware settings, but I would increase the pressure difference between EPAP and IPAP to reduce FLs and Hs by increasing IPAP. RE: Normal flow rate or no? - phoen1kx - 10-30-2024 On my instrument I can only adjust min, max pressure and softPAP(which is alike to EPR) - 2, 1 and off. It was set to 2. I have now disabled it, and this is the new data: [attachment=71364] [attachment=71365] [attachment=71366] I'm still seeing these notches which look like FL to me, but oscar is not measuring them as FL. Should I increase my min pressure? RE: Normal flow rate or no? - G. Szabo - 10-30-2024 If you can only adjust the Min/Max, I suggest steering the min to 8 cm, max to 12 cm, and softPAP to 2. RE: Normal flow rate or no? - phoen1kx - 10-30-2024 Why softPAP to 2? Won't it induce more FLs? |
