Please help interpret my data to help me feel more refreshed - jake79 - 10-30-2024

This seems to be a pretty typical night.  I am about to approach a year on CPAP now and the past 5 months I feel like I have found the right mask and best setting so far (switched from APAP which I felt like was causing too many micro arousals).  I have deep enough sleep to have vivid dreams and male anatomy seems to be working well upon waking... I sleep 8 hours a night getting up once to go to bathroom, but I still don't have that "wow I feel so much better on CPAP" feeling although it is for sure an improvement.  I had severe apnea when I did my at-home study and AHI was treated immediately and isn't an issue (always below 1).  I'm wondering if flow limit and respiratory rate is an issue?  I have read that respiratory rate below 12 is a concern and my median number is always between 10 and 11.

If this all looks like a pretty normal night of sleep then I might just have to accept the fact that this still tired feeling is not CPAP related.  I also only consume nicotine once a day but it is 6-9mg of Zyn at night before I go to bed, so perhaps that could messing with me.

Thanks so much for any feedback!
