Apnea or position change? - Stubert - 11-04-2024 I have quite a few of these pauses during the night. I am not sure if they are actual apneas, on exhale, or more related to position changes? Normally there are no flow limitation or "warning", in the flowrate, prior to these events? I toss and turn a lot, also because of some shoulder pain and trying to stay of my back. I am not sure if it makes any sense, that the algorithm adds more pressure when these pauses occur? But if you look at the mask pressure graph, the pressure graph is vibrationg the last 2/3 of the second one, which is flagged as an OA. There are no hypopnias or further flow limitation all night but to many of these pauses which are not flagged by the machine. RE: Apnea or position change? - staceyburke - 11-04-2024 You have zoomed in to about 6 minutes. We need to see the whole night to help/answer your question. The machine does not flag any O or H events less than 10 seconds. RE: Apnea or position change? - Stubert - 11-04-2024 Here is the whole night. I zoomed in to show the details. |
