Settings help - uniqueunork - 11-05-2024 Hi- I'm fairly new to CPAP (used for about 3 weeks so far). At diagnosis, my AHI was 37. I think my OSCAR data looks ok, but I'm wondering if there is anything I should be doing differently to optimize treatment. I still feel fairly tired, but I think I'm waking up a lot due to getting used to the mask rather than apneic events. I've attached my three latest OSCAR reports. Any advice is appreciated! It's perfectly normal to feel tired at first. You are sleeping a good number of hours, so your tiredness will pass soon. |
