Low AHI, high flow limits - theswerve - 11-15-2024 Hi all, I've been able to largely eliminate my positional apnea clusters with a cervical collar which has lowered my AHI quite a bit but I continue to wake up multiple times throughout the night with flow limits typically over 0.1. My EPR is already at 3 (with CPAP fixed pressure at 9). I've attached last night's oscar as an example. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. RE: Low AHI, high flow limits - PeaceLoveAndPizza - 11-15-2024 You do not have enough pressure as can be seen in the OA and H events. You can either try increasing the fixed pressureĀ a bit each night until something happens or titrate using APAP mode with a min-max range. Your choice. If you want to titrate start with this: Mode APAP Min pressure 10 Max pressure 15 EPR 3 full-time No ramp Then, if it does not bump up against the max of 15 after a few nights, you can take the 95% and use that as a fixed pressure. If it does bump up to it then you need to increase it a bit each night until it stabilises. |
