Low o2 causing messed up bloodwork - Jpm6179 - 11-21-2024

At the end of each night my 02 drops to 91 and stays there for a longer period of time. In turn I often wake up during that period and am unable to return to sleep. And more importantly per my doctor it’s causing my RBC counts to be increased. So while Oscar looks great overall I need to find a way to get rid of these o2 drops. As anything to improve my o2 will keep my doctor from having to keep draining blood to reduce the counts.

Is there anything anyone can recommend that may help with my end of night o2 dropping?
